The Msamaria Centre of Street Children is a registered Tanzanian NGO providing support and care to street children, orphans, and communities. The center accommodates 80 children ranging from 6 to 18 years old. Some of the children attend boarding schools while others return back to their families.

However, they still require support, because the parents are often unable to provide them with food and education. Learn more at https://www.msamariakids.org.

We loved spending a month here and getting to know all the kids and their different personalities and trying to communicate between English and Swahili. What an incredible opportunity to witness kindness, humility, and teamwork and share some beautiful moments dancing and laughing together, teaching English, learning how to make Tanzanian beaded bracelets.
